PLUMBING AND HVAG VENTS SHALL BE GROUPED IN ATTIC TO LIMIT ROOF PENETRATIONS AND BE LOCATED AWAY FROM PUBLIC VIEW, I.E. PROVIDE CONTINUOUS RIDGE VENTILATION, WHERE APPROPRIATE, AND PAINT TO MATCH ROOF. INSTALL SOFFIT VENTILATION AT OVERHANGS. q.
