Subject: Custom Blending expansion
I spoke with Jeff Reed of Agora West Real Estate, representing Custom Blending, and have allowed them
to submit their TIS late. Per the discussion they are wanting to submit their expansion package early this
week. They've been informed that a late submitted TIS has risks associated with it possibly having
findings that could impact their site/development plans and any decisions made previous to the TIS
submittal. They understand and accept any risks.
