Response: There will be no fire lane required.for this project. Current building is not
sprinkled, and does plan to be sprinkled within the scope of the current project.

05/17/2013: This is basically a project involving doing a plan over an
old plan (National Child Care Center PUD). The applicant will need to
submit a new site plan specific to their development (i.e. name of
development, land use data, planning objectives, etc).
Response: See attached site plan and elevations to reflect the new name of
develeopement, etc.

05/17/2013: Will there be any site or landscape changes proposed?
i.e. will the play area and play area fence remain? If there will be
changes, they need to be reflected on the revised plans.
Response: Current scope does not include removal of the fencing or modification of the
play areas.

05/22/2013: FIRE CONTAINMENT
The building exceeds 5000 square feet and shall be sprinkled or fire
contained. If containment is used, the containment construction shall be
reviewed and approved by the Poudre Fire Authority prior to installation.
Response: The construction and building plan review is through the Colorado Division
of Fire Prevention and Constrol. This is not a requirement in their review guidelines
Permit has issued by Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control and Poudre Fire
Authority.

05/22/2013: PREMISE IDENTIFICATION
New and existing buildings shall be plainly identified. Address
numbers shall be visible from the street fronting the property, plainly
visible, and posted with minimum six-inch numerals on a contrasting
background.

Response: Address Signage will be provided on the north side of the building. The
letters will be six -inches in size and will contrast in color with the background to comply
with code requirements.

circulates in and out of the exisiting site and how it will circulate with the
new site included. The submitted site plan does not represent the current
site and therefore is inadequate to show how the new circulation will fit
into the existing current site.

05/22/2013: FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEMS (Group E)
A manual fire alarm system shall be installed in Group E occupancies.
When automatic sprinkler systems or smoke detctors are installed,
such systems or detectors shall be connected to the building fire alarm
system.

Response: Fire Alarm and Detection System will be installed. Drawings will be
.submitted to PFA as a deffered submittal for review.
