The process for an appeal of any Planning and Zoning Board decision is administered by the City Clerk's
office. Three names in that office are:

Thank you for putting me in touch with Roxann Hayes with the county about my
concerns with CR32 issues as it is related to the Longview Marketplace
development. She has been very helpful explaining the issues from the
County's point of view.
I am still waiting for a contact name from the King Soopers developers group
as well as a contact name from the City for information about the appeal
process to a Planning and Zoning decision.
