Subject: Eastridge PDP Final Plan 30-day extension
Dear Matt,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Eastridge PDP Final Plan resubmittal deadline. With a 30-day
extension to the October 9, 2007 deadline, your final resubmittal deadline will be
Thursday, November 8, 2007.
Please note that this is the final extension that I'm authorized to -grant and that
failure to resubmit by the deadline will result in the application becoming null and
void.

Based on our telephone conversation from this morning and response to Steve's earlier message, I take it
that you'll definately be getting the C-Store resubmittal in soon.

Cameron,
We have been attempting to resolve the issues associated with the storm drainage and are waiting on
direction from the City in order to complete our plans. Our 60-day extension will be expiring next week,
and we need more time before we can make the submittal. With that said, I would like to request another
extension.
