consideration, hereby sells and quit claims to Shenandoah Owners Association, Inc., a Colorado Non -

the following real property, in the City of Fort Collins, Lsrimer County, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Tracts C, D, and E, Shenandoah P.U.D. Filing One, exccpt, however,
the real properly depicted on and designated as Strasburg Drive on
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
being a portion of said Tract C, which is to be used for road or street
purposes, and subject to a reservation of a temporary constnretion
easement over said Tract C for the purpose of constructing such road
and/or street as reserved in Quit Claim Deed from Shenandoah Land
Limited Liability Company, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, to
Grantor of even date herewith.
