To Whom It May Concern:
Boxelder Sanitation District (District) has been discussing with the owners of the East
Ridge Development (East Ridge) ways to finance and install the off site sanitary sewer
infrastructure needed to provide sanitary sewer service to East Ridge. This line will be
sized to accommodate the current planned densities identified in the City of Ft. Collins
planning efforts within the basin.
The following comments represent the status of discussions between the District and
East Ridge:
• The District has the ability to serve this development when the off site
infrastructure is installed connecting to the District's existing Cooper Slough
Interceptor.
• The District is working with East Ridge on an agreement pertaining to the
responsibilities of both parties to finance and install the off site infrastructure.
• The signature of the District on the final plat will be contingent upon the above
referenced Agreement between the District and East Ridge being executed and
recorded prior thereto.
