Dear City of Fort Collins Development Review,
We the undersigned, represent the Whitham property and the East Ridge PDP
project. This letter of intent indicates good faith in working together to provide a
mutually beneficial street right-of-way for the minor collector roadway named
Delozier Road. Said roadway right-of-way consists of 76-feet total, 38-feet on
the East Ridge PDP project and 38-feet on the Whitham property.

RE: East Ridge PDP- Letter of Intent for a the Boxelder Sanitation District
Sewer Easement

Dear City of Fort Collins Development Review,
We the undersigned, represent the Whitham property and the East Ridge PDP
project. This letter of intent indicates good faith in working together to provide a
mutually beneficial Boxelder Sanitation District sanitary sewer easement. Said
easement will be a permanent 30-foot easement located directly North of the 20-
foot power line easement that is located along the Whitham property's Southern
property line. In addition to the 30-foot permanent easement, a 100-foot
temporary construction easement will be located to the North of the permanent.
Said temporary easement will no longer cease once construction of said 18-inch
sewer main has been installed and accepted by the District.

We the undersigned, represent the Whitham property and the East Ridge PDP
project. This letter of intent indicates good faith in working together to provide a
mutually beneficial 20-foot temporary grading easement along the Whitham
property's Western property line (East Ridge PDP Eastern Property line) for
grading purposes.
