East Ridge of Fort Collins, LLC is the owner of the real property (the "Property') located
in Larimer County, Colorado described on Exbibit A, attached and incorporated by reference. I
have examined the title insurance conuaitment (the "Commitment's for the Property issued by
Transnation Title Insurance Company (the "Title Company') dated November 22, 2004
(Commitment No. TNWS0000075). The Commitment was issued based on an examination of
the Title Company of the records in the office of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. The
Commitment discloses no mineral, estate owners entitled to notice of surface development of the
Proporty under CRS Section 24-65.5-101 et. seq.
