We focused primarily on the Compatibility section of their letter. The cross-section provided this morning was very helpful. Here are the primary topics that remain to be addressed: More cultured stone along the street -facing elevations. Consider going higher up on the elevation to the bottom of the second floor. On Tract A, for the three-story building in the northwest corner across from Lots 174 and 175, consider dropping the end of the building to two stories. A cross-section here may be needed. Speaking of the cross-section, they agreed that trees planted on top of the wall would be more effective than at the base. For the Tract Z path connection, they were open to any good idea that makes sense. No objections to keeping the trees and turf and installing a soft path. They want to participate in coming up with a creative solution. They very much would like a trail connection to the southeast to connect to their H.O.A. trail. I cautioned that grade would be a challenge and they understood. Maybe a long approach with H-accessible grade versus switchbacks would look better. The more landscaping along the west and south buffer yards the better. They want a set of the revisions which I can provide. Your routing already calls for an extra set for neighbors. They very much appreciate the new siding material and the new driveway cut Triangle. They are O.K. with a note on the plans that trash removal be restricted to business hours only (8 — 5 Mon. — Fri. no weekends). The one item that did not come up was that of a new, dev per -installed imeter fence. I will assume, then, that the existing fences are deemed satisfactory. \ Ted Shepard Chief Planner City of Fort Collins 970-221-6343 11f U _2D1,A //
