Hello, Cameron.
Just when I thought we were never going to get resolution, a miracle
happened!
Hats off to Heath Construction and Dominic Carpine for working toward a
great solution for all of us.
The Stonehenge Board of Directors supports construction of a chain link
fence along the railroad ties that form part of a landscape buffer
between the Ridgeview Classical School and the Stonehenge Community.
An agreement between the property owner and Stonehenge that includes
pertinent details will be sent to Michael Taschman of Dunamis as soon
as the Stonehenge HOA attorney, Dick Gast, can make some minor
revisions to the draft sent to Michael last August.
Stonehenge HOA Board of Directors also encourages the City of Fort
Collins to install left turn arrows at Stuart and Lemay for the Stuart
traffic and to make other changes that would work to alleviate the
stacking and congestion on Stuart Street that occurs at school start
and dismissal.
The Board does not oppose the addition as shown to us on drawings
provided by Heath and Ridgeview. The Board is also working with the
most directly affected property owners in Cluster 1 so that they will
understand and, hopefully, not oppose the addition. However, the Board
has no control over individual property owners. Please be assured that
they do not represent the HOA Board or their neighbors. Any claim to
that affect would be false.
Please let me know if you need more from me. Good luck in a speedy
review.
Sincerely,
Susanne C. Durkin -Schindler
President
Stonehenge Community Association
