Not warranted. • One-way entrances? Already exist • How will different grades be dropped off? • What will traffic do on site? • Access across Stuart is blocked during drop off. Cars also back onto Lemay • Can the street be listed as "School Zone"? • Right turn only onto Stuart? • Agreement from professional office across street has access to 75% spaces. o No reduction in spaces • On street parking is being pushed east • Can students be bused to school? School does not have access to Poudre School buses. • How many students? o 583 students - 200 cars o 810 capacity of building • High school students — concern (85 HS students) o Mainly K-6 • How much stacking on Stuart? o 5-10 cars each way • Future plans for school? o Ultimately will outgrow and need future site • Can the exit move to the east? o Consider o Will place curb closer to townhomes • Neighbors are opposed to the school addition based on previous development approval actions by the City. • Neighbors do not want building, would like the school to move instead of the expansion. • Project is within four neighborhood and Stuart Professional Park • Show maximum student capacity (810) in traffic study. • Historically, City did not follow neighbors concerns. • Additional concerns with school: o Weeds in the rear of school o Students leaving campus
