Drainage Requirements
Issue Contact: Wes Lamarque
The City of Fort Collins requires all development projects, new or modifications
to existing, creating an additional impervious area of 350 SF or more to provide
a storm drainage design per the City's Storm Drainage Design Criteria Manual.
This needs to include grading and drainage plans, as well as a drainage report.
