I share your frustration about losing this excellent multi -family site from a planning standpoint. As I mentioned, however, I'm afraid that at the end of the day the major cost differential between this alternative and other far more expensive ones for solving the regional storm drainage will be the consideration that prevails. In any event, I think we can build a nice project here, albeit much smaller than originally intended. I am sharing with you my agenda and ideas for my upcoming meeting with Mark Taylor at Stormwater. Mark Taylor at Stormwater has been the lead person for the detention ponds expansion and coordination efforts. I have also asked Kaye at my office to invite you as well as Basil, Glen and Kathleen. Convening this group should be very productive in concluding a satisfactory final conceptual design for this project. Please review the enclosed agenda items (rough in-house memo, usually for myself only) and let me know if you have any suggestions or additions etc. etc. Best regards. Jon JP/ksr Enclosure: Memo
