In fact, the applicant has never contacted him regarding this project at all. Mike also confirmed that if the buildings remain 3 stories, then they are required to have the 30' emergency access lane as required by the Land Use Code. He has NOT given them a variance as John Prouty indicated at Staff Review on Wednesday. Mike said that he will have his comments in by Monday morning.
