Following up our meeting on November 16th:
1. The widths of the private drives are satisfactory.
2. Fire and emergency access is satisfactory.
3. The two hydrants will be moved and repositioned as you requested.
4. All new construction 3-story buildings will be sprinklered (the existing two-story 8-
plex is not sprinklered).

In response to your resent fax related to the Manhattan Project you stated several points
in our meeting on November 16''.
1. The widths of the private drives are satisfactory.
We agreed that the private drive that is adjacent to the three story units would
have a minimum width of 28 feet.
2. Fire and emergency access is satisfactory.
