11ank you for taking the time to meet with both Ron Gonzales and myself this mooting.
Jon. I sincerely appreciate and value our working relationship as well as our personal
relationship. I just wanted to confirm with you the subjects we discussed this morning.
1 The firelane shall have a width of 28', excluding the drive behind Building
Envelope 1.
2 One fire hydrant shall be located on the North entrance and Manhattan and the
second fire hydrant shall be located at the intersection of the fire lanes off the
South entrance.
3 The fire lane shall be platted as an "F,mergency Access Easement" on the final
plaL
