Following up our conversation and my phone messages, kindly speak with Steve Olt,
Sherrie Wamhoff, and Susan Joy, about the fact that the clarification of the ambiguity as
to the number of units between 38 and 41 (relating to handicap -accessible units) is not
a change which should cause any slowdown whatsoever in completing this project —
that is cleaning up the final details March 17, recording the plat, and creating the
development agreement.
In particular, I would like to see engineering working aggressively on the development
agreement so we're not delayed subsequently to accomplish that.
We are ready to pull building permits and need to get the project totally completed and
mylars recorded.
