On Thursday January 13th, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Conference Room, 281 North College
Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.*, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will
conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood.
The project is known as Manhattan Project Development Plan, File #34-04.
Request for construction of 30 new single family attached dwelling units and the renovation
of the existing eight-plex to include detached garages on 2.21 acres. The site is located
north of Harmony Road, south of West Horsetooth Road, east of Manhattan Avenue and
west of Mason Street and zoned LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given
the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
