Natural Resources There are no wetlands issues for this project.as per Natural Resources decision, because the prior existing wetlands were all scraped up and removed by Storm Water. Zoning Type I review with no modifications. All other comments are understood/agreed with/ will be complied with. 2. Storm Water The City storm water detention on approximately 78% of the site as negotiated with the City. All other comments are understood/agreed with/ will be complied with. 3. Engineering Private drives will be used for garages access. Public alleys will not be used. Parking will be required in excess of City standards. All other comments are understood/agreed with/ will be complied with. 4. Water & Waste Water All units will be condominium units and accordingly one water and sewer will be provided for each building, notwithstanding the fact that the new condominiums have front elevations which appear as "townhouses".
