Topic: General • 40 Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 05/30/2013 05/30/2013: Unique street addresses will be assigned to each structure and will eliminate the building letter designations. The north structure will be addressed as 705 Remington St and the south structure will be addressed as 715 Remington St. Unit addresses can be requested through the GIS Department for these two structures as specified below. The middle structure will be assigned 711 Remington St and no additional unit designation will be necessary. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 05/30/2013 05/30/2013: Projects with three or more tenant units require the Unit Level Addressing form to be completed and submitted to the GIS Department once plans have met final approval through Development Review and are recorded with the City. This can occur anytime during construction, but before any utilities are set within the structure to ensure the meter banks match the official addressing for the structure. The Unit Level Addressing form can be obtained by contacting the GIS office at gis@fcgov.com or (970) 416-2483. Addressing will be determined by the GIS Department. I would envision that the plan view would show a flowline that transition from the center to the east side of the alley as it heads north through the identified transition area. Perhaps that is what's occurring, though I'm not sure. Perhaps some cross -sections in three locations along the transition area would help identify what is to occur. Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 06/12/2013 O6/12/2013: Is a 50.51 % flowline grade actually occurring and is the centerline profile approaching Laurel Street having a reverse grade compared to the right flowline? It might be beneficial to meet of line for more clarity on my part. These will need to be at least 24 inches from the wall according to the standards contained in Section 17.4.2 of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards. 9 inches is not enough room to secure the bike to the rack. At a distance of less than 75 feet, LCUASS requires that the street repair be expanded to extend from the westernmost patch through to the easternmost patch. This should be indicated on the plans.
