PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Right of Way Acquisition
A strip of land, 1.00 feet in width for right of way purposes, being a part of Lot Two (2), Viking I
Subdivision recorded May 3, 1979 as Book 1949 at Page 607 at Reception No. 305175 of the
Records of Larimer County, located in the Northwest Quarter (NW l/4) of Section Eighteen (18),
Township Seven North (T.7N.), Range Sixty-eight West (R.68W.) of the Sixth Principal Meridian
(6th P.M.), City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado and being more particularly
described as follows:
The Northeasterly One (1) Feet of said Lot 2, said Northeasterly One Foot wide strip of land being
on a cut-off line and terminating at a point 5.42 feet (Chord measurement) Southeasterly of the
most Northwest endpoint of the lot line arc between Riverside Avenue and McHugh Street.
Said described parcel of land contains 151 Square Feet or 0.003 Acres, more or less (f), and is
subject to any rights -of -way or other easements of record or as now existing on said described
parcel of land.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned
, being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County,
Colorado legally described at Reception No. in the Larimer County Records, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a permanent right-of-
way for public street purposes in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way until permanent
improvements have been made and accepted by the City.
