Lincoln Ave. Suite 200-234 Lone Tree, CO 80124 December 30, 2008 To: Stephen Olt From: David Hill Regarding: Manhattan Townhome Project This letter shall serve as Manhattan, LLP's request for an extension of the current permit. The request is to extend this permit until June 20 2009. The reason for this extension is to allow for better conditions to do curb and gutter and street repair. We have discussed, these items with the inspectors and feel a better quality can be obtained when weather permits. The gas company has not terminated gas at the street and will do so. after the holidays. The erosion control and demolition has moved forward and will be completed as the underground begins. We did not anticipate losing as much time to the holidays and weather as we have. Based on this extension, all engineering improvements in accordance with your approved utility plans must be completed no later than January 20, 2010. Pursuant to Section 2.2.11(D) (4) of the Land Use Code, I am authorized to grant an additional one year extension should you find that the above new deadline cannot be met.
