Dear Resident:
On , Thursday, October 13, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood commonly known as Manhattan Townhomes — Major
Amendment, #14-05.
Request to change the number of approved dwelling units from 38 to 41. The 3
additional dwelling units will be in the originally approved Buildings 1, 2, and 3. The
building footprints will not change. The property is located on the east side of
Manhattan Avenue, north of Troutman Parkway, south of West Horsetooth Road, and
west of South Mason Street, and zoned LMN, Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
