No natural areas are known as identified on the Natural Habitats and Features Inventory Map. See item O. above. This information will be provided at the Project Development Plan (PDP) stage on the Context Plan. c) Natural features of the landscape. d) General topographic mapping. 4) The vicinity map shows the area surrounding the site within a distance of at least one (1) mile of the site. Dear Troy We have reviewed the staff letter dated October 5, 2000 and have the following comments: A. Stormwater Utility: No comments received. B. Engineering: General Comments: Items 1).and 2). Acknowledged. Overall Development Plan: Item 1). The bike trail has been located to connect near to the intersection of County Road 52/ County Road 11 in accordance with the Parks and Recreation Policy Plan (Master Plan). The bike trail underpass is to comply with Street Design Manual, Section 1.02.07. Item 2). Please see the revised Overall Development Plan. \\
