Park Planning:
The neighborhood park is to remain as shown on the Overall Development Plan. A note
has been added stating " it is anticipated that the west boundary of the park will not be
adjacent to a local street". A revised conceptual lotting plan is attached which illustrates
the above.
Current Planning:
Item a). Acknowledged.
Items b) to c). See comments above
Item d). A note has been added in the general notes on the Overall Development Plan.
Item e). The land use breakdown chart has been revised. See the Overall Development
Plan.
Item f). The signature block has been changed to the "Planning Approval' signature
block.
g) and h). Acknowledged.
