The proposed plan allows for a street sidewalk system to be tied into all trail systems. Pedestrian, vehicular and bicycle movement corridors are shown on the Overall Development Plan. A proposed green corridor will cross the site in a diagonal direction from the northwest corner to the southeast. Item d). Neighborhood Center, Parks and Open Space: Item d)1. The neighborhood center is located in the center of the proposed development and will have direct pedestrian and vehicular access.
