Comment Summary: Department: Engineering Development Review Contact: Andrew Gingerich, 970-221-6603, agingerich(a)fcgov.com Topic: Construction Drawings Comment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 11/27/2012 2/5/2013: It appears that temporary asphalt is still being proposed for the parking lot, it should be noted that this section of asphalt cannot contain recycled asphalt and per zoning requirements. 11/27/2012: Sheet C101: Which asphalt section is being proposed. It appears that there is conflicting callouts on this sheet and the detail that is referred to shows two different pavement sections. A temporary asphalt parking area is still being proposed. The paving section on sheet C400 no longer shows recycled asphalt as an option, and shows only a regular asphalt surface. Comment Number: 7 Comment Originated: 11/27/2012 215/2013: During the previous review it appeared that Colorado Iron and Metal would be approved prior to this project. However, now it appears either project could come before the other and the grading in the northeast corner of the project will need to reflect this. Please provide a separate detail or design tying in the grading with the assumption that Colorado Iron and Metal will not have their improvements complete.
