Shields Street), the City of Fort Collins Current Planning staff will facilitate a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed apartment building/fraternity house with 16 apartment units and a total of 38 bedrooms. This project, known as Pike Apartments, is located in the Neighborhood Conservation Buffer District (NCB) and the Transit -Oriented Development Overlay District (TOD). A project development plan will be required for review by the Planning and Zoning Board when/if the project moves through the City review process. The notification for this neighborhood meeting can be found online at: hftp://www.fcqov.com/developmentreview/agendas.php The developer will present sketch plans of the project and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and express concerns about (or support for) the project as proposed. If the project continues to move forward, you will have another opportunity to provide input at a Planning and Zoning Board public hearing and you will receive a similar notification via mail regarding the date, time and place of the public hearing. The list of affected property owners for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official property ownership records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
