ssue: 01/07/2012: Landscape plan
Add the following note to the plan: At such time as the existing tree that is located just to the west of
the driveway within the raised area supported by sandstone boulders dies or is removed the sandstone
boulders adjacent to the sidewalk will either be removed or relocated to meet the standard horizontal
setback clearance for an object from a sidewalk.

Issue: 01/07/2012: Utility Plans —
Overall they look good - just a couple of comments that were noted on the redlines from the last review,
but not sure you received them since they were returned separately from the resubmittal.
Detail 701 vertical curb should be placed on the plans. It is needed for any street curb that might get
replaced.
Detail 1603 on sheet 9 and details 1606 and 1607 on sheet 10 are not needed for any row work and can
be removed unless they are needed for some on -site work.

Issue: 01/07/2012: With these changes I am ready for mylars. Note that I can not sign the mylars until the
final deeds are received, but we can certainly route them and start them through the signature process
while we continue to work on the deeds.

Made By: Doug Martine
Initial Date: 11/28/2011 Issue ID: 1 Topic: General Round: 1 Status: Active
Issue: 11/28/2011: Substantial electric utility system modifications will apply. Normal electric development
charges as well as costs to modify the system will apply. Each apartment must be individually
metered, and meters must be outdoors & accessable to utility personnel. Use of electric space heating
is discouraged. If electric space heating is used, the rate for electric development charges is higher.
Contact Light & Power Engineering at (970)221-6700 to coordinate the electric utility system design and
costs.

sue: 01/07/2012: Sheet LS 3.0 Site Details
g/ Add a note to detail 3 that states: At such time as the existing tree dies or is removed the sandstone
boulders adjacent to the sidewalk will either be removed or relocated to meet the standard horizontal
setback clearance for an object from a sidewalk.
This is a condition of the granted variance request that allows for now the boulder to be placed up
against the sidewalk.
