If we decided to remove the existing trees and just have them relocated permanently to another loc_ ation• could we then simply purchase new trees to—Fa-ve planted in place of them on our project? Otherwords where I show a "relocated PN" on the landscape plan it would actually end up being a "new PN" instead. It didn't seem like a problem to me. What is the Citys official position on this change? Thank you, Kevin Zdenek Vice President 631 W. This would result in planting 8 foot trees for mitigation, and if the existing pines are large enough they might need to plant more than one for one. If I recall the pines have been there for around 10 years so if they replaced them with smaller trees the result would be a little different than what is on the proposed plan. I would like your opinion on this. It seems that they would be changing the character of the landscaping and would need to mitigate appropriately. The Pines he is referring to are approved to be relocated on - site. Steve
