You will have to check with Randy Maizland (221-6605) of the Engineering Department for their required Transportation Development Review Fee due at time of FC submittal. There is a Final Plan Routing Sheet, with the number of each document to submit, on the Current Planning counter. The submittal requirements are as follows: ' 8 Site Plans ` 6 Landscape Plans 2 Building Elevation Plans ` 8 Subdivision Plats 6 Utility Plan sets ' 2 Drainage Reports ` 1 Soils Report Once submitted, the first round of final review will be 3 weeks. Hopefully we will be ready to accept mylars after the first round. You will need to schedule a FC submittal appointment with Neighborhood & Building Services, at 221-6760. As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago. We want to begin the Site Work very soon and i am told we can not get a permit until the Final plans are approved. Apparantely we also need to have a Development Agreement in place before starting work as well. Can you please let me know how to proceed as quickly as possible. Thank you,
