Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Thursday, September 21, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City
Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed
development in your neighborhood. The proposed development is commonly
known as Fox Pointe Plaza, Project Development Plan #16-06.
This is a request for a commercial (retail, office and restaurant) building and a
drive-thru coffee building on a 1.18 acre property located at the southeast corner
of JFK Parkway and Boardwalk Drive, just north of the existing Post Office. The
property is zoned E, Employment.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important
part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public
hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.

remaining items may be continued to Thursday October 19, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall West.
