One thing I spotted is probable need for a short stretch of low wall or solid fence on the north side of the parking lot between buildings 2 & 3, maybe 42" high or so. Otherwise vehicles from cars to lifted 4x4 trucks parked facing north will be shining lights into the Sundering townhomes not so far across the wetlands. Changing a stretch of the open fence across Rolland Moore to solid might work, but I think that would somewhat detract from the streetscape. Please see Landscape Plans comment #83, page 3 of the attached staff comment letter dated 1 /4/2011. We have requested that these 5 sheets be included in the applicant's re -submittal of the development plans (addressing staffs comments) for the next round of review. What are those drawings going to cover? Jon 1/13/2011
