Subject:
Amended CSURF ODP
Dear Ms. Ripley,
I have just reviewed the meeting notes pertaining to the subject above. I also attended
the January 18th neighborhood meeting. As I recall from the meeting, and verified by Steve
Olt's notes, you stated you "technically work" for CSURF. It seems to me that either you
have a contract to represent CSURF at the ODP meeting (and answer all questions put to
CSURF) or you do not. You may wonder why I am asking this question. Currently I am
studying the Development Process and am interested in the legal ramifications of an
applicant not being present at meetings whether it is neighborhood, P&Z, or other. At
your earliest convenience please let me know if you have a contract with CSURF, and at
your convenience I will be happy to come to your office and read the document.
Sincerely,
Richard Thomas
