We did not submit the ODP Amendment today, but here's what the report would have looked like. Our team is
spending another 30-60 days from the date of our 01.19.11 design charrette with the IBE to further work with
the neighborhood on a collaborative, green/sustainable design process...

Glen,
We spoke about the required Master Drainage Plan/Report a couple weeks ago. Although it may not seem very
applicable or of much value in this particular instance, we realize that the code requires this information to be
submitted along with the ODP. However, since the ODP area has been studied in much greater detail with other
reports, and since the ODP Amendment is not proposing any substantial changes affecting major drainage patterns, we
agreed that it would be appropriate to simply reference the various other reports of significance.
I've taken an initial stab at outlining the studies that I think best apply to the ODP parcels. I've attempted to put them
