Re: Grove PDP-Type II Development
Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to place the landowner and developer on formal notice
regarding the concerns of The Larimer County Canal No. 2 Irrigating Company relating to
increased seepage problems which may be created by the proposed development. The Board
of Directors of Larimer County Canal No. 2 believe the development will create additional
seepage. You have proposed the seepage be controlled by drains. Experience has shown
that drains plug with time.
The final design must be presented to the Company for review. A covenant on the
recorded Plat will be required. All legal and engineering fees incurred by the Company must
be paid by the developer. The landowner and developer will be responsible for any liability
created by the proposed development. / 1
