Rolland Moore Drive. This would be evaluated as part of an amended ODP submittal
and review. To date the developers & design team have not submitted an Amended
CSURF Centre for Advanced Technology, ODP.
> The last actual project -related contact City staff has had with the developers &
design team was at the neighborhood information meeting held January 18, 2011 at
Plymouth Congregational Church for the purpose of having the developers present
their proposed Amended CSURF Centre for Advanced Technology, ODP to interested
parties in attendance. Since that time the developers have been working with the
Institute for Built Environment (IBE) at CSU to investigate potential sustainable
green build applications for the project. Staff has been made aware of an open
house that the developers, their design team, and IBE are planning to hold in the
near future. They intend to invite the neighbors and other interested parties to
this open house, presumably to be scheduled for late March or early April.

Subject: Re: status of The Grove @ Fort Collins and Amended CSURF Centre for
Advanced Technology ODP
Steve,
Thanks very much for the information. Because many of us were unable to attend the
previous meetings for the Grove, I request this be handled just like a new
development with all of the meetings normally required: i.e., neighborhood ODP and
PDP, P&Z ODP and PDP.
Thanks.

ODP
Dick,
The Grove at Fort Collins, Project Development Plan has been, to date, handled by
the City as a new development. A neighborhood meeting for the PDP was held on
December 7, 2010 (one day prior to submittal of the development plan) and the PDP
is required to go to the Planning & Zoning Board for a decision when ready. That
cannot occur before PDP revisions are submitted and reviewed by City staff.
There was a neighborhood meeting held on January 18, 2011 where the developers and
their design team introduced a potential new Amended CSURF Centre for Advanced
Technology, Overall Development Plan. To date a new ODP has not been submitted to
the City for review. When submitted an ODP will go through the City's normal
development review process and go before the Planning & Zoning Board for a decision
when ready.
Thank you for your continued interest in this proposed project and the City's
development review process.
