Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov. com/currentplanning On Monday, May 23, 2011, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 West Prospect Road*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a courtesy "follow-up" neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The developer, Campus Crest, will be presenting their revised development plans for The Grove at Fort Collins, Project Development Plan that were submitted to the City of Fort Collins on December 8, 2010, following the required neighborhood meeting for the project that was held on December 7, 2010. The revised PDP is still for a total of 218 dwelling units in 12 buildings on property located on the west side of Centre Avenue at Rolland Moore Drive, directly south of the Gardens on Spring Creek, in the Centre for Advanced Technology. The property is 27.5 acres in size and is located in the MMN - Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood and E - Employment Zoning Districts. The purpose of this meeting on May 23`d is to give the developers the opportunity to present revised plans for the Grove at Fort Collins. Since the last neighborhood meeting the project has continued to evolve as a result of Campus Crest's work with the Institute for the Built Environment. The meeting will focus on sustainable building practices incorporated into the project and the changes to the architectural facades. City representatives will be present to respond to questions about the proposed development, City policies and regulations, and to record notes of the meeting. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
