We have the all of the engineering stuff (including subdivision plat) on a disc from Nick. We will upload that and send it on. Happy New Year and thank you, Steve From: Jonathan Feiman [mailto:jfeiman@ecentral.com] Sent: Thursday, December 30, 2010 5:58 PM To: Steve Olt Subject: The Grove - PDP documents Steve, I received PDF copies of the site plans (sheets 1 through 7 of 21) from the Campus Crest development plan through the Windtrail group. I assume that the rest of the development documents, including plat, grading plans, utility plans, roadway plan and profile, drainage exhibit, landscape plans, lighting plans and building elevations have also been or are about to be submitted. As HOA board representative of the adjacent Sundering Townhomes, I am requesting timely copies of the rest of the drawings, and any specifications and calculations submitted for the Planning Department review. Electronic files would be satisfactory. I can bring writable CDs or flash drive to the City offices. I can be reached at my personal email jfeimanc@ecentral.com and at work jonathan.feiman(5)colostate.edu. Included are the construction (utility) plans, plat, drainage, groundwater and soils reports as were provided by Northern on CD and the construction (utility) plan checklist which I've scanned from Northern's paper submittal. In order to access these electronic files, the following steps are needed: 1) Using a Windows based computer either: Click on your start menu and select the "Run" option, (or if the "Run" option doesn't appear either type the Windows Key and "R", or type Ctrl-Esc then "R".) The "Run" window box should appear. 2) Copy the text (without the quotes) "explorer.exe ftp://qw- downIoad:ven53dor@ns2.fcqov.com/GroveAtFortCoIIins" 3) Folders should appear that have the reports and plans from Northern Engineering in PDF format that can then be downloaded. If you think any electronic versions of information from Ripley Design Inc. should be added to the FTP site, I can help with this. Please keep in mind that we seem to have a TOMB attachment send/receive limitation via email. Thanks Marc P. Virata, P.E.
