4. #29-09 CHRIST CENTER COMMUNITY CHURCH REZONING
This is a request to rezone the church property at 2700 South Lemay Avenue from R-L
(Low Density Residential) to L-M-N (Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood). The site
is 23 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of East Drake Road and South
Lemay Avenue. The church is primarily focused on potential redevelopment of the
east side of the campus which is presently used for athletic fields. There would be no
changes to the existing building or any decrease in the amount of church parking as a
result of this proposed rezoning.

This is a request for a Site Plan Advisory Review for the 1504 Remington Street
Renovation. The applicants intend to renovate the basement and first floor of an old
fraternity house, located on the southeast corner of Remington Street and E Lake
Street. The proposed uses will entail social gatherings such as retreats, dinners, fund
raisers and seminars for Colorado State University and other associated users. The
site is in the Neighborhood Conservation Low Density (NCL) zone district.
