The purpose of this letter of intent is to documeni our coordination with ,you in regards to the road right-ol=way that will be rtaluired to be dedicated along the east side of your property for the proposed public roadway along the west bide of the Crowns On Timberline project (Red Willow Drive). The right-0f-wav will be dedicated to the City of Fort Collins for public use of roadway access and utility infrastructure. Because the right-of-way for the west half or this roadway is located within your parcel (to the west of the Crowne On Timberline parcel, as shown by the AL.TA survey due ment), you will be required to he a signor on the plat for the Crowne On'rimberlinc project to allow for the right-of-way to be platted and deeded over to the City of port Collins. This letter of intent serves as record or the design effort and communication produced to date, and do's tut signify acceptance of the proposed Tight -of -way, as final engineering design of the proposed public madw:ay and platting of the Crowne On Timberline: project will provide for the final approval of the right-of-way. Mease confirm, by your signature, ttea based on design methodology and exhibits presented to you and shown to date in the preliminary utility plans (including the attached exhibir), dated March 20, 2013, by Aspen Engineering, the proposed right-of-way that will be dedicated along the east side of the Laffey Property appears to tx acceptable.
