Wear Staff:
As the President of Phi Epsilon of Kappa Delta House Corporation Board of Directors for
the Kappa Delta Sorority House at 412 W. Laurel Street, I hereby affirm my willingness to
allow access as may be necessary for the installation of a small concrete retaining wall
located adjacent to the property line separating our parking lot from the rear parking
a0ea proposed with the West Range Fort Collins project. Said retaining wall is
understood to be necessary to satisfy stormwater regulations and to ensure that runoff
from the West Range development does not flow across our property. While the
retaining wall itself is not located on our property, it is acknowledged that the
construction of the wall may require a slight disturbance to the ground adjacent to the
Wall on our property.
Our acknowledgement and willingness to grant access is conditioned upon the following
terms:
Any area disturbed during the installation of the small concrete retaining wall shall
be restored to a condition equal to or better than that which existed prior to
construction.
