From: Steve Olt [mailto:SOLT@fcgov.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 19, 2011 11:50 AM To: DeVilbiss,Debra Subject: The Grove at Fort Collins, Project Development Plan Debra, Attached is the Overall Site Plan for the proposed Grove at Fort Collins, Project Development Plan - #16-106 that is currently in the City's development review process. Ultimately, the plans must go to the Planning & Zoning Board at public hearing for a decision. It appears that the earliest possible date for a hearing would be March 17, 2011. If approved, the applicant is then required to go through the City's Final Plan review process before any building permits could be issued and construction could begin. As you can see, access to this development would be off of Rolland Moore Drive between Centre Avenue (to the east) and South Shields Street (to the west). Hill Pond, where I understand you are considering buying a home, is to the north and west of Sundering Townhomes as shown on the Site Plan (just below the Metal Picket Fence detail).
