WALK_VIEWS.pdf I received these graphics in response to staffs request for a comparison between detached and attached sidewalks along a portion of Rolland Moore Drive on The Grove at Fort Collins, PDP. I recollect that we (Planning) leaned toward the standard detached sidewalks since all of the buildings now satisfy the minimum 15' setback requirement from street right-of-way. Should we meet to discuss or are you OK with e-mail responses to me so that we can convey Planning's position to Engineering as they consider a street variance request submitted by the applicant? Part of the variance request deals with the proposed attached sidewalks.
