Subject: West Willox Farm House/ Crawford Annexation
Hello, all - 1 wanted to make sure that everyone has received the same information regarding the historic
eligibility of this property, hence this email. The property was recently evaluated for its eligibility for
potential Fort Collins Landmark designation (Municipal Code Section 14-72), and was found to NOT be
individually eligible for Landmark designation, due to previous alterations. Therefore, the buildings may be
demolished or added on to without any further historic preservation review. Additionally, because the
property is not individually eligible for Landmark status, Section 3.4.7 of the Land Use Code (historic and
cultural resources) does not apply to the development proposal.
