How will the proposed retaining wall be built along the property line? If construction would affect neighboring property to the north and east, then a construction easement may be needed. Please add notes that no grading shall be done on neighboring properties. Topic: Water Line Boring Number: 100 Created: 9/19/2006 [1/30/07] _ (9/19/06] The boring of the water line under the railroad track will necessitate a license agreement with the railroad company. The agreement that was submitted had the private owners as the licensee, but since the City will own maintain and operate that line, the license should have the City as the beneficiary of that license agreement. The crossing of that water line with the existing sanitary line should be potholed now during the design phase.
