Hello Mike, we met with Tom Frazier last Friday and gave him a set of plans and brought him
up to speed. He sees what Odell's would like to do with their new expansion, new parking lot
on the west side of the new building and new circulation pattern for the trucks and loading
dock.
Basically, this is the information that I wanted to convey to you.
We also went over some other potential developments in the area:
1. Fort Collins Brewery and Brew Pub at the northwest corner of East Lincoln and Lemay.
2. Bohemian Foundation Performing Arts Theatre at the corner of East Lincoln and First
Street (this parcel is known as "The Oxbow" site but does not include Buckingham Park).
I understand that you meet with Tom tomorrow. Please let me know if you have any
questions either before or during your meeting.
