Therefore I offer the following language as our letter of intent. The owners of LINK-N-GREENS INC. as tenant of the property located at 777 E.Lincoln Ave., Fort Collins, Colorado (the property) and subject to the terms of a temporary constructon permit (the permit), hereby agrees to allow Odell Brewing Company access to the property at times and under terms to be determined in the permit, which shall include, among other items that Odell Brewing Company shall obtain all necessary permits and insurance to construct the improvements to the Property consistent with drawings from BHA Design dated January 23, 2009 at their sole cost and expense.
