Collins Client: Client: Sunterrace Townhomes, LLC Sheri, As discussed last week - please see the attached exhibit showing the existing and proposed right-of-way along Redwood Street. As shown, most of the grading to the east is within an existing 80' right-of-way that was for the old alignment of Redwood Street that was never vacated. However, as you go to the north this existing right-of-way and the new right-of-way merge and we run out of room. So as recommended, we have shortened the sidewalk to just past the ramp at Osiander Street to keep the grading within the available right-of-way. This will avoid needing to obtain a letter of intent for an easement from the Snyder property (Redwood Village PUD Phase II). The 4:1 slope is also met. Please review the attached exhibit and confirm that the proposed design concept is acceptable and that a letter of intent is not necessary. Thanks!
